For a Standard Property Purchase (up to €250,000):

  •  Fee: £3,000 + VAT and disbursements.
  • Additional Fee for Loan Secured Against Property: £1,500 + VAT and disbursements.

 

For an Off-Plan Property Purchase (up to €250,000):

  • Fee: £4,000 + VAT and disbursements.
  • Additional Fee for Loan Secured Against Property: £1,500 + VAT and disbursements.

 

For Property Purchase (over €250,000):

  • Fee: Requires a custom quotation based on property details.

 

For property of approx €500,000:

  • Fee: Approximately £4,000 + VAT and disbursements.
